L7 foi uma banda dos Estados Unidos que misturou metal com punk, considerada grunge. Foi formada em 1985 por Donita Sparks e Suzi Gardner em Los Angeles. Posteriomente se juntaram ao grupo Jennifer Finch e Dee Plakas. A banda aparentemente se desfez em 2000, mas seu fim não foi declarado oficialmente.
